EASY AND SMART BLOCK PROGRAMMING

The ER-FLEX is easy to set up and deploy. The intuitive block programming interface will get you up and running fast. Following our modular training program you can get acquainted with and utilize all the features and have a stable workflow running in your production, test lab or assembly line.

MILLIMETER PRECISION

Thanks to the integrated vision system the ER-FLEX aligns to objects and items with a precision of +/- 1 mm on every pick or handling maneuver. Adding a 3rd party visual detection software package enables bin picking 3D detection.

GET THERE FASTER WITH TRAINING

With collaborative robots the most important thing is the interaction with the local technicians who are to see the robot as a valued co-worker. That's why a lot of effort is put into designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface easing set up new tasks and adjustments for the robot. With a two-day training session the team gets well-acquainted with the robot and is ready to start.

 

With an additional two days they will be mastering all the details.

SOFTWARE FEATURES 

SITE LAYOUT MANAGER

Adds 3D coordinates to the  scanned 2D site map. Manually teach the robot - or define with coordinates - where items, equipment and machines are placed. The robot creates a 3D representation of all the defined locations.

CHECK VOLUME

To prevent collision and downtime you can let the robot check availability before placing an item. If the space is occupied you can program the robot to autonomously identify an alternative placement

CARGO MANAGER

Keeps track of the location of onboard objects at all times. It lets you control onboard racks and shelves automatically. All you have to do is define the rules of the pick-and-place maneuvers for your racks and the robot will take care of the rest autonomously.

TRACEABILITY & DOCUMENTATION

Every move, pick or task performed by the robot can be tracked and logged. If visual documentation is needed, the camera can take a picture for the documentation log.
