Do you have a background in robotics or automation and would like to help out customers? 

At Enabled Robotics we specialize in robotic systems that integrate mobile robots with robotic arms. We have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and wish to always meet our customers with a high level of service and competences.  

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Robot Support Engineer to join our team. You will be at the frontline communicating directly with our customer and providing expert guidance and assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, and a key person in ensuring that our customers have success. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with customer service skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate closely with our R&D teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on troubleshooting procedures.

  • Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a systematic manner.

  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product reliability and usability based on customer feedback.

  • Occasionally provide on-site support for complex technical issues and installations.

We are looking for
You should have a solid technical background, be highly service-minded and have strong communication skills. You need to be able to communicate well with people from different cultures and backgrounds and preferably have international experience.

It is important that you are structured in your work, able to juggle between multiple tasks and timelines, and thrive in the dynamics of a growing company and the uncertainties that come from changing customer requests. Finally, it is important that you can work constructively together with your colleagues, but also that you can work independently. 

In relation to your competences, we see that you have:

  • A solid technical background. Preferably within robotics.

  • Strong problem solving skills and able to analyze complex problems.

  • Good communication skills and fluent in English both orally and written.

It will be a bonus if you:

  • Have a background with deployment of mobile robots in particular MiR robots

  • Have been working with arms from Universal Robots

  • Have international experience.
