JOB DESCRIPTION

Enabled Robotics is a fast growing startup specialising in robotic systems that integrate mobile robots with robotic arms. In the last years the company has focused on technical developments and setting up sales channels internationally and are now looking to grow our application team that are responsible for deployment and commissioning at strategic customers.

 

​We’re looking for an experienced project and application engineer to join our application team. As a project and application engineer, you will be working closely with our customers and have significant responsibility for the success of the projects.
 

You will be responsible for:

  • Deployment and integration of robots at customer sites.

  • Setup and implementation of proof-of-concept projects internally and externally.

  • Participate in project planning, specification and execution.
     

We are looking for

You should have a strong technical background and experience in deploying robot and automation solutions for the industry. Working closely with industrial customers you need to have good communication skills, an understanding of their challenges and be service-minded in facilitating their needs while being realistic in what can be achieved. You need to be able to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds and preferably have international experience.
 

It is important that you are structured in your work, able to juggle between multiple tasks and timelines, and thrive in the dynamics of a growing company and the uncertainties that come from changing customer requests and pushing the boundaries of how robots are used.
 

Finally, it is important that you can work constructively together with your colleagues, but also that you can work independently and are willing to travel for both shorter and longer periods of time when deploying systems internationally.
 

In relation to your competences, we see that you have

A strong technical background and preferably prior experience in making robot installations for customers.

  • An understanding of production IT systems (e.g. WMS or MES systems) and how to interface with these.

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of your work, but also be part of a team working together to achieve results.

  • Good communication skills and fluent in English both orally and written.

  • Able and willing to travel internationally and take lead in setting up robots at the end-user sites.
     

It will be a bonus if you have:

  • Background with deployment of mobile robots in particular MiR robots

  • Has been working with arms from Universal Robots

  • International experience.

  • Experience in risk assessment of robot installations.

  • Know-how on setting up wifi networks.

Your primary place of work will be at our office at Agerhatten 27A, 5220 Odense SØ, but it is important that you are willing and able to travel for setting up the systems at end-users.
