To backup programs and setups on the robot you have to export them individually. On the dashboard you will find a download button on each program to the left of the edit button:

For setups, you can export a setup using the button at the top of the page:

If you lost your programming without a backup, theres a chance that the autosave function saved an earlier version of the program. To load the autosaved version of a program, go to the programming page and press "Load", select "Show backup", then select your program from the dropdown.

Notice that the autosave function saves the program at regular interval meaning that if you've had a corrupted version of the program open, this might have been overwritten by autosave.
